Whole wheat flour – 2 cups

Step-by-Step Method
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough

Take 2 cups whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil/ghee.

Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.

Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

Empty the Bite3 Meal Sattu Litti Masala into a bowl.

Add 2–3 tbsp water and mix well to make a moist stuffing.

(Optional) Add chopped onion, green chili, or coriander for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Shape the Litti

Divide dough into small balls.

Flatten each ball into a disc.

Place 1–2 tbsp filling in the center.

Seal edges and roll gently into a ball.
4️⃣ Cooking Options
🔥 Traditional (Roasting on Coal/Grill)

Roast on medium heat till evenly browned.
